Our team is small enough to stay connected to the details of each installation. Mason, Carlos, and Hannah each handle a different part of the job, but they share the same focus on preparation, practical communication, and clean finished work.
Mason grew up near Tallahassee and first learned property maintenance by helping his father care for local rental homes. He later worked in landscape construction, where grading and drainage became the part of the job he paid the most attention to. Away from work, he plays early Saturday rounds at local golf courses and is usually the first person on the team to test a newly finished putting green.
Carlos has spent most of his working life around outdoor construction in North Florida, with hands-on experience in base preparation, edging, drainage, and finish work. He is known on the crew for checking elevations twice before material is compacted. He lives in the Tallahassee area with his wife and keeps a vegetable garden that he admits requires more maintenance than any artificial lawn.
Hannah grew up in Leon County and keeps the moving parts of each project organized, from site notes and material choices to scheduling and customer updates. She has a particular eye for how turf should transition into patios, beds, and other visible landscape features. Outside work, she spends weekends kayaking and photographing trails and wetlands around North Florida.
We begin by understanding what the customer wants the space to do better. That may be eliminating mud, giving dogs a dependable yard, creating a place to practice putting, building a training surface, or making a play area easier to maintain. We inspect the site, identify drainage and access concerns, discuss the right turf system, and make sure the proposed scope fits the intended use.
During installation, Carlos leads the field work while Mason stays involved in site decisions and quality checks. Hannah keeps project details and communication organized. Before we leave, we inspect seams, edges, surface consistency, and cleanup, then explain the basic care the new turf will need.
